Our standard shipping charge is:

Remote or less accessible locations may require additional delivery time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after receiving the required order information and, where applicable, order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and an active phone number.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and locations within Pakistan.

ARUKSA may contact customers by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or other available methods to verify an order before dispatch.

We reserve the right to hold or cancel orders that cannot be verified or appear suspicious.
